Event Alpha is a geospatial calendar tool built for conference-goers and event professionals. It syncs your calendar, plots every event on a map, and helps you build optimized routes so you never waste time in transit between meetings, booths, and side events.
Connect your Google or Microsoft calendar and Event Alpha automatically geocodes your events onto an interactive map. You can see your entire day at a glance, filter by time or priority, and use the route builder to plan the most efficient path between events.
We currently support Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook (via Microsoft 365). We only request read-only access — we never modify, create, or delete your calendar events.
The Route Builder lets you plan your day by ordering events into an optimized route. You can auto-generate a route based on time or priority, or manually drag-and-drop events into your preferred order. It shows estimated travel times between each stop.
Yes! You can import events from Google Sheets. This is useful for conference schedules, side event lists, or any event data that isn't in your calendar. Imported events are geocoded and displayed on the map alongside your calendar events.

Team Mode (coming soon) lets organizations manage conference attendance across their entire team. Admins can provision seats, team members can see each other's routes, and you can coordinate coverage across events to maximize ROI.
Yes. We use industry-standard OAuth 2.0 for calendar access, never store your calendar credentials, and only request read-only permissions. Your event data is processed in real-time and we do not share it with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Some events may have vague or missing location data (e.g., "Conference Room B" without an address). These show as "unmapped" in the list view. You can also import events with specific addresses to ensure they appear on the map correctly.
Event Alpha is a progressive web app (PWA) that works great on mobile browsers. On iOS, you can add it to your home screen for an app-like experience. We're exploring a native app for the future.
