Event Alpha is a geospatial calendar intelligence tool that connects to your existing calendar providers (Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook) to display your events on an interactive map. The Service provides route planning, travel time estimates, event prioritization, and AI-powered schedule insights.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Sign in using a valid Google or Microsoft account
• Grant read-only access to your calendar events
• Provide accurate account information

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Free Trial and Subscriptions

The Service offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, continued access to premium features requires a paid subscription. Subscription details:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Calendar Data

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by Event Alpha and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

The Service integrates with third-party services including Google, Microsoft, Mapbox, and Stripe. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party services.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy of travel time estimates or route calculations
• Accuracy of geocoded event locations
• Continuous, uninterrupted access to the Service
• Compatibility with all calendar providers or event formats

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Event Alpha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed meetings, incorrect travel estimates, or data loss.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
